We are looking for a Chief of Staff. The core mission of the Chief of Staff (CoSFr) or Right-Hand of the CGO and CPO. A razor-sharp and prodigiously motivated chief of staff brings visions to life by doing the planning, the work, the managing, and even the post-project accountability reporting and oversight strategic milestones execution. This role is a blend of multiple roles: Director-in-training, business manager, executive assistant, accountability partner, business development, and more offering diverse types of duties.
The selected CoS will be a multi-faceted, highly-organized and extremely resourceful go-getter that thrives on challenges and wearing multiple hats. Aspiring entrepreneurs and business leaders are welcome to apply. The selected individual(s) will interface with the majority of people the CGO and CPO deal. Therefore, they must be a phenomenal communicator able to convey the CGO and CPO’s desired message effectively and demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence and integrity. The CoS will need to be an excellent writer and must be able to communicate directly and honestly. The Chief of Staff would be based in New York City, but must be willing to, at a minimum, travel regularly to Paris, Frace when required. Additional travel within the United States of America and Canada may also be required.

Duties include but not limited to:
- Serve as an extension of the CGO and CPO, working independently and collaboratively to translate priorities into cogent strategies and drive to completion.
- Project-manage and bring structure, planning, and process excellence to efforts across Product, Strategy, Human Resources, and Operations.
- Research and prospect potential investors, strategic partners, thought leaders and staff candidates and set-up meetings (this is not a sales gig, but some outreach is required).
- Help build a successful and healthy organization: Work with executives and department leaders, Finance, Business Development, and Technology. Work to find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them. Design optimal workflows and optimize internal processes.
- Manage corporate communications and programs with investors, partners, customers, and prospects. Keep critical relationships warm.
- Create and manage corporate collateral information and documents.
- Ad hoc support of engineering needs, and project management aspects of our technology/product development, business development, and launch.
- The position will evolve as we grow, expect to have exposure and work in all aspects of this high growth startup.
- Identify and execute on ad hoc strategic projects - everything from defining new product opportunities to executing key initiatives and closing the gaps in business and operations. This could include preparing presentations for meetings with our Board of Directors, key partners, or as part of fundraising efforts.
REQUIREMENTS

- 3+ years of work experience, preferably in a early-stage to high growth startups, management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or similarly fast-paced environment.
- Experience in growth-stage company finance and fundraising preferred.
- Fluency in operational data and analytics; ability to contextualize user and financial data.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to manage up and across to get the job done without formal authority.
- Excellent facilitation skills, with the ability to synthesize multiple points of view, build consensus, and drive next steps.
- Exceptionally well-organized, with the ability to simultaneously manage your own work while tracking and advancing and the executive team’s priorities and tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Command of French language.
- High comfort level with ambiguity.
